Frank Schwab, Jr. is the founder, President and CEO of A&S. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and received his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Since 1965, Mr. Schwab has been involved in a variety of management and technical studies and has specialized in the natural resources industry.

He has led and conducted studies of strategy, markets, profit improvement, operations, technology, valuations, organization structure, personnel and numerous special projects.  He has also participated extensively in the firm’s due diligence consulting practice where it acts in a support mode to institutions providing financing to energy and non-energy minerals companies, projects and technologies. 

Mr. Schwab also manages the firm’s financial practice, which is focused on asset sales and purchases, financial restructurings and capital development.  More recently, Mr. Schwab has provided close-in advice on values, bid strategies, etc. to CEOs of producing companies and Managing Partners in investing institutions.

Mr. Schwab is a former director of the Manufacturers and Services Division of the Finance Committee of the National Mining Association.

Mr. Schwab is a Certified Management Consultant and the youngest founding member of the Institute of Management Consultants.
