SCOPE OF SERVICES

Anderson & Schwab, Inc. (A&S) specializes in providing a broad array of consulting services to the international extractive and processing industries.

These services are mining industry and technically based and involve all activities of the business from exploration through well, mine and upgrading facility development and operations, to marketing and trading (where applicable) on the futures exchanges and finally involving various aspects of financing. Although industry and technically driven, our output is typically a business judgment, response, conclusion, recommendation, etc.

Our work meets the industry requirements as it relates to our clients. To be successful in the global minerals and processing industry involves meeting the requirements of the four M's (A phrase coined by our firm), each of which are critical to every mining venture:

Minerals - Available with a suitable reserve base, adequate capital and a satisfactory operating cost basis, satisfactory political risk and environmental basis
Markets - That the market exists for the minerals at a price that will provide an acceptable internal ROI, and that the company can service the market appropriately.
Money - Availability of sufficient money with an appropriate capital structure and competitive rate for the capital needed to fund the venture.
Management - Management skills and organization structure that meet the requirements of the business.
