FEASIBILITY & PRE-FEASIBILITY STUDIES
Our principal thrust here
is to utilize our knowledge and capabilities in the global minerals and processing
industry. We believe that our clients obtain the best value when we focus
our efforts on undertaking initial or pre-feasibility studies.
Typically these are in the areas of + 25% to + 33-1/3% accuracy. Final feasibility
studies done to + 10% accuracy are, in our judgment, best done by a large
engineering firm where we are available to participate on selected portions
of it.
Typically our feasibility studies contain a review of the reserves, proposed
mining method; processing operations, review and evaluation of the markets,
the technologies, the financing, and the management structure and arrangements.
Our work methods entail reviewing all data developed by the project sponsors,
company management, etc., doing whatever additional fact finding is necessary,
preparing our report in draft form, reviewing it with our client; assessing
his inputs, incorporating those that we believe are appropriate, and presenting
a final report. We are available to present such a report to sources of financing.
