PROFIT IMPROVEMENT
/ OPERATIONS EVALUATION
This work includes profit improvement, whether it flows from improvements
in prices, operating costs, capital costs, or overhead costs. Typically we
work with the company's top management in designing and carrying out the program.
Its essence involves our achieving an in depth understanding of the company's
business objectives, strategies, operating modus operandi, capabilities, culture,
constraints, technologies, markets, work force, management capabilities, environmental
situation, legal considerations and constraints.
The work itself involves fact finding, analysis, all leading to development
of specific profit improvement proposals, to include implementation considerations.
Typically we work with a representative sampling of the company managers most
concerned, and ultimately discuss the highlights of our thinking on profit
improvement in the framework of the company's business.
Our work concludes with a report, which includes a specific implementation
program. We are available, as desired, to assist in implementation.
