Either Senior Advisors or Associates who are Project Directors

A&S' Senior Advisors:

	Recognized, very senior executives, typically semi-retired

A&S' Associates - All Are Part-Time:
Our employees and core group of associates are comprised of technically based people, who know well the many and varied key issues and components impacting the global mining and processing business based on their previous work and experience. 

Typically, this previous experience consists of our associates having had responsibilities as operating foremen, superintendents, mining and metallurgical engineers, marketing V.P.’s, Corporate Development V.P.’s, Exploration V.P.’s, Operating V.P.’s, former COO’s, CEO’s and CFO’s of mining and processing companies.

	Typically were part of senior management of companies either in, or servicing the minerals business.- Usually have great expertise in a given mineral e.g., copper, coal and a function e.g., exploration geology, underground mining operations, valuation, etc.
	Typically have at least 25 to 30 years industry experience
	Recognized as an expert in a given field e.g. metallurgy, geology, surface mine development, underground operations, etc.
	Work on A&S assignments
	Sometimes assist in business development
	Provide relevant skills and background for the particular assignment, i.e., geologists / geophysicists, geostatisticians, geological engineers, mining engineers, minerals processing, metallurgists and/or metallurgical engineers, smelter engineers, traders, senior commercial and operating people, corporate finance, valuation, etc.
	May know the particular company and or project being examined and therefore add that much more value
	Receive daily billing rates
	Can't work independently for A&S client

A&S' Special Consultants:

	Possess unique technical or niche skills for the assignment
	Typically hired for one job, e.g. assess heavy mining conditions in the high Arctic on a  proposed investment.
